How a private jet flight price is calculated
A private flight is billed by flight time. The calculator measures the great-circle distance between the two airfields, adds taxi, climb and approach, then multiplies that time by the hourly rate of every aircraft category able to fly the leg in one go. Airport fees are added, plus aircraft positioning when no aircraft is based at the departure point.
Hourly rates are recalibrated every quarter against real operator offers. The displayed range covers 9 offers out of 10; the season, known in advance, adjusts the result by a few percent. No price ever comes out of a language model.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a private jet flight cost?
From €1,600 to €15,550 per flight hour depending on the aircraft category, before airport fees, to which any positioning is added. The per-route prices below include everything. A Paris – Nice in a turboprop sits between €6,900 – 10,100 one way; a London – Dubai in a super-midsize jet between €49,300 – 72,500.
Is the estimate a firm price?
No. It is a range calculated from distance, flight time and market rates. The firm price depends on the aircraft actually available on the chosen day: a broker confirms it within the hour, 24/7.
What does the displayed price include?
The aircraft and crew, fuel, landing and parking fees, handling and light catering on board. Passenger taxes (such as France's TSBA or the UK's APD), transfers and special requests are added on the firm quote.
Why does the price change with the date?
Because demand changes. A flight to Nice during the Monaco Grand Prix, to Ibiza in August or to the Alps on a February Saturday costs more than a weekday off season. The adjustment applied is shown under the result.
Does a round trip cost twice as much?
Usually less: if the aircraft waits on site, there is no positioning to pay on the way back. For a same-day return the price is close to twice the flight time; over several days, parking and crew costs are added. The calculator counts 2 legs; the broker refines.
