What we collect

To compute a price, the website only needs a route, dates and a number of passengers: no personal data is requested at that stage.

To receive a firm quote, you give us your WhatsApp number and, if you wish, your first name. The contact form passes on the name and message you type.

The website also records the IP address of requests to its APIs to limit abuse (number of requests per period) and to measure its audience with its own tools (page views, clicks, calculator steps), without any third-party analytics service. Those measurements carry a visit identifier, which disappears when the tab closes; a visitor identifier, which recognises you from one visit to the next, is added only with your cookie consent.

When you arrive on the website, that address is sent to an IP geolocation service (ipwho.is or geojs.io) to suggest a departure city. Only an approximate position comes back, kept for the duration of your visit, and you can always change the suggested city.

Why

This information serves one purpose: replying with a firm quote on the channel you chose, then following up your enquiry if you take it further. We neither sell nor rent any data.

Who has access

Your enquiries are stored in NX Jets' enquiry management tool and read by its brokers. Conversations run over WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta Platforms under its own terms. An e-mail delivery provider may receive a copy of the enquiry for internal notification.

The air operators we consult only receive what a quote requires (route, dates, number of passengers); your contact details are passed on only once the flight is confirmed, for the purposes of carriage.

How long

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to process them and for the commercial follow-up they lead to, then deleted or archived in line with applicable accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of the data concerning you, or object to its use, by writing to sales@nx-jets.com or on WhatsApp at +971 55 125 6088. We reply as quickly as possible.

Cookies

Without your consent the website uses only what it needs to work, plus audience measurement with no lasting identifier: we count the pages of a single visit without recognising you from one visit to the next. The visitor identifier and marketing stay off until you accept them on the Cookie settings page, where you can change your mind at any time.
